SPORTS

We are all athletes.  The body was designed to be athletic.  Some just choose to take it a step farther.  For those, the Kinetic Human has developed specific fitness training processes.  Each begins with obtaining balance and harmony within the base human system, but then diverges into directions that directly correlate with the clients needs.

Golf

Golfers constantly change their golf swing.  Correct mechanics are vital to consistantly maintain accuracy and distance.  This process is neverending, frustrating and time consuming.  With the Kinetic Human process, your body mechanics can be improved, so you can eliminate the struggles to adjust your swing away from stress or pain.  This can potentially increase distance, accuracy, and the risk for future injury.



 

Gymnastics

Gymnasts are at a regular risk for injury from accidents or overtraining.  With the use of the Kinetic Human's services, the chances of overtraining can be reduced by maximizing recovery and keeping the muscular system's contractile capabilities balanced.  If the muscles contract out of time, then stress can potentially increase at joints throughout the body.

 

Soccer

Soccer athletes must have speed, agility, endurance, stamina, quickness, adaptability, and varying skills.  These individuals must have the ability to move in many ways while the body may be fatigued.  This scenario has the potential for  a high amount of compensation which can increase fatigue and the risk for injury.  With the Kinetic Human training process, the body can maintain a high amount of activity while maintain performance due to an efficient digestive system and a muscular system that can make the best decision on which muscles to contract.

 

Mountaineering or Endurance Athletes

These high endurance athletes typical have an internal fire that can never be extinguished unless it completely runs out of fuel.  The main goal for this scenario is to make the body function has efficiently as possible and with the least amount of stress as possible.  Any stress can greatly drain the body of its fuel source, thus decreasing efficiency.  Every tool in the Kinetic Human's arsenal is put into play for these individuals because the possible scenarios that could arise have the potential for draining the body rapidly.
